The award was presented by Allan Wilson, Deputy Minister for Enterprise and Lifelong Learning (pictured below third from left) and accepted on behalf of the project by Graeme Ogilvy, CITB-ConstructionSkills Scottish Manager (pictured below on far right) and Jenny Kellie, Learn Direct & Build Project Director (pictured below on far left). The awards highlight examples of good practice, celebrate innovative projects that have been undertaken in Scotland by organisations in the lifelong learning arena and and were judged by an independent panel of experts. Congratulations are also due to Construction Skills for being a double winner on the night. The Most Innovative Lifelong Learning Media award was given for its Positive Image Campaign. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 05/06/06
The video presentations, developed by CITB-Construction Skills, are now available to view or download from the eLearning section of the Learn Direct & Build website. The films highlight what painting and decorating is like and where it can take you. So why not go for it? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
